Purpose

These terms govern the business relationship between Entramados Delta SL and its customers for the supply of custom and stock grating.

Quotes and orders

Orders are formalised by acceptance of a quote. Custom products are manufactured according to the agreed specifications.

Prices and payments

Prices are stated in each quote; payment terms are agreed with each customer.

Lead times and delivery

Manufacturing and delivery times are indicated in the quote and are approximate.

Warranty and returns

Custom-made products cannot be returned except in the case of manufacturing defects. The corresponding legal warranty applies.
